Our 14 -day Return and Refund Policy 

You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Reasons for Returns

• Damages - We strive to provide quality products, but in cases of damaged goods, please take pictures and contact Customer Service immediately to start the return process before the 14-day return timeframe expires.
• Wrong Product - You must notify Customer Service within the 14-day return timeframe of error to receive a return shipping label to return the wrong product.  Your correct order will be processed and routed to you for delivery.  After receiving the correct product, please confirm receipt.  Failure to return wrong product with shipping label provided will result in charges.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged for a different size as long as it is returned in a new, unopened condition with original proof of purchase within the 14-day return policy.

Digital Products 

Unless otherwise specified eBooks, subscriptions, and other electronic content purchased from online store, are not returnable & non-refundable after purchase.

Cancellations

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to production and shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee + shipping and handling.
